Yeah like, I’m basically emotionally prepared for it, if that makes sense? No one expected him to make it this long, he’s had several heart attacks and has been on the decline for years.
And I’ve never been particularly close with him, he lives about 30 minutes away and I’ve always been a little scared of him? A rough old southern man, y'know. So it could be much more traumatizing than it is.

[that’s how I was about my great grandfather. I kinda knew it was coming, and wasn’t close with him, but i was sad for my family who was close to him. Glad to hear you’re okay!
